Remember when Scarlett Johansson played coy with the Obama engagement rumors and then got shot down over their nonexistent email relationship? Seems like just yesterday she was calling the media sexist over it.
Well, ScarJo's still a little upset over the whole thing. She had this to tell Allure about the Obama fallout (after discussing her beef with LiLo):
"Either you're a bull dog or you're some slutty airhead," Johansson complained. "Maybe some people would say it’s an image that I put out. That's a crock of s--t. I’m sorry."
Is that why she put on her best bedroom face for the cover? In which case, we have to ask: Is her sexed-up image really the media's fault or her own doing? Sound off in our poll!

Her rep has denied the rumor, which claims that Aniston's on-again-off-again beau John Mayer is the father. But there's more subterfuge at play when it comes to the Aniston rumor mill.
"Every time Brad or Angelina is in the news, and it's a story that's so exclusive only one outlet really gets the story, the natural reaction is to come up with a story about Jen to combat the attention," says one magazine editor.
Does that explain the stories about a possible Aniston-Mayer wedding at the same time that Pitt and Jolie were about to bring their twins into the world?
"Absolutely. Brad and Angelina don't have people around them leaking or saying things that maybe a reporter wants to hear. They live in a bubble. There's little to work with," says the editor. "But Jen? She dates, she's out and about, there's more material there, and everyone wants to see that she's OK."
One twist in the current story, however, is Aniston's recent means of battling the pregnancy rumors.
"Usually she just left it up to her rep (to deny), if he even felt the need to respond," the editor says. "But now she did lunch at (popular Hollywood eatery) the Ivy in a tight shirt? I mean, the Ivy? Usually Jen is above that sort of thing. She obviously knew she'd be photographed there. It makes you wonder if all of this press — hers and Brad's —is starting to get to her."
As for Pitt, he recently taped the Nov. 18 episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show," where he reportedly discusses life with Jolie and their six children.
Dog days for Aniston
Though she stars alongside a canine companion in her upcoming film, “Marley & Me,” Jennifer Aniston’s not exactly a dog person. In fact, in an interview with the Los Angeles Times, the actress admits the presence of a pooch almost put her off the story all together.
After finding three copies of the best-selling book on which the film was based under her Christmas tree last year, Aniston didn’t even want to read it.
“I thought, this isn't a book I'm going to sit down and read, because it's got a dog on the cover,” she confessed. “I don't know why I had that weird prejudice against it.”
The prejudice seeped over to the “Marley & Me” script she later received, which Aniston said inspired little more than an “Uck, a dog movie” reaction before she gave it a second chance.
“It's so much more than a dog movie," she now says. "It's this beautiful portrait of a marriage and this 15-year span between these two people and this sweet little unconditionally loving creature that sort of walks through it with them.”
But her dog woes were back in full force once she met her canine co-star. Aniston added, “I walked onto the set and put my sweater and my bag down on the couch, and that dog leapt up onto the couch, grabbed my sweater and started ripping it!”
Earlier in the day, Spears' family posted a statement on her official website, www.britneyspears.com, saying Jayden James was admitted to the hospital on Sunday, and "doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested."
The statement said the boy would be discharged on Tuesday, but TMZ posted a picture of Spears departing the hospital while holding the child on Monday evening.
People magazine, quoting a source close to the family, said that Jayden had suffered "a terrible allergic reaction. He had hives, was itchy and irritable."
The source told the celebrity magazine that Jayden "is doing fine" and Spears, 26, and her mother, Lynne, spent Sunday night at the hospital with him.
The trip by Spears to Louisiana, her childhood home, was the first time she had been allowed to leave California with sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden since their father Kevin Federline was given full custody in July.
Report: Britney's Son Doing Better After Health Scare
Britney Spears' first trip alone with her two sons since ex-husband Kevin Federline gained sole custody took an unexpected turn when 2-year-old Jayden was rushed to a hospital near the pop star's Brentwood, Louisiana home on Sunday.
Monday afternoon, this statement was posted on Spears' official site: "Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow."
Sources are telling People.com that Jayden is now "doing fine" after suffering a "terrible allergic reaction. He had hives, was itchy and irritable," the cause of which was apparently still not known, according to the source.
Kevin Federline's whereabouts during the incident are unknown, and he has yet to comment on the matter. >>>>
Master of illusion Criss Angel and Holly Madison came out as a couple at the premiere of his long awaited Las Vegas show.
It is official: the well-known magician is dating reality television star and Hugh Hefner’s “number one girl,” Holly Madison. After months of denying their involvement in a relationship, they finally dared to show that they were more than just friends. And they did that at the opening of Angel's Cirque Du Soleil show in Las Vegas.
Even though Angel and his lady friend have been seen in Las Vegas kissing over the last weeks, they remained reserved to some extent about their relationship.
About two months ago, OK! Magazine speculated that the octogenarian magnate and Madison could walk down the aisle. But several weeks ago they broke up, as Hugh Hefner confirmed. The Playboy playmate previously said she wanted to get married with Hefner and have his children. And this was one of the major issues of their relationship, as he couldn’t conceive a child at his age, although they had tried in-vitro fertilization.
"This is one of the most special evenings for me in my life and I can not think of a more beautiful person, a more special person, inside and out, than Holly to spend it with," said the 40-year-old magician, who is said to have had sex with Cameron Diaz, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.
Madison is one of Hefner’s three girlfriends who live with him at the Playboy Mansion. Together with Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson, and of course, with the founder and editor-in-chief of Playboy magazine, she appears on the reality TV series The Girls Next Door.
Two months after giving birth, Gwen Stefani is showing off her newest bundle of joy: Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale.
The singer, who was spotted with the newborn at a Beverly Hills library on Wednesday, posed with son Zuma in a photo taken by her father, Dennis, and posted on No Doubt's Web site.
"Gwen, Gavin, Kingston and Zuma are all doing well and enjoying being a party of four," reads a message accompanying the photo.
Dad Gavin Rossdale recently told PEOPLE that juggling two sons with wife Stefani hasn't been too challenging.
"One is one, and two is 10. That's all we know," he joked. "[But] it's not so bad. We've got it down now, you know."
Older brother Kingston, however, is having a tougher time.
"It's like, here is this guy, and he's not leaving. [Kingston] is getting used to that," Rossdale said. "Obviously, there are moments that he's bugged out that someone is in his spot with his mom."
Stefani And Zuma's First Photo
Gwen Stefani has shed her clothes to pose with newborn son Zuma in his first official photo shoot.
The singer and husband Gavin Rossdale welcomed their second son into the family in August.
And in the first public picture of the baby, published on the No Doubt Web site, Stefani is photographed with the 2-month-old in a touching snap showing mother and baby skin-to-skin.
Holding Zuma on her shoulder, she smiles shyly at the camera as the newborn takes center stage in the shot.
Stefani says, "We wanted to share with you the first photo of Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale. Gwen, Gavin, Kingston and Zuma are all doing well and enjoying being a party of four." >>>>
Yesterday Gwen Stefani was caught in the Beverly Hills library with baby Zuma in full view of all the pesky paparazzi. Realizing her baby-hiding game was up, she went ahead and posted an official picture of her 2-month-old son on No Doubt's website. So say hello to Zuma everyone; if he's anything like his older brother, Kingston, he'll be chilling with Hollywood's coolest babies in no time. >>>>
Britney Spears's father, Jamie, has been named permanent conservator of his daughter's affairs, a Los Angeles court ruled on Tuesday. He was also named permanent co-conservator of her estate, along with an attorney, Andrew Wallet.
"I've met several times with [Britney] and she requested that I not object to the permanent conservatorship," the singer's court-appointed lawyer Samuel Ingham said in open court.
Commissioner Reva Goetz stated that the permanent conservatorship was "necessary and appropriate."
Experts say, however, that the permanent status doesn't necessarily mean forever.
"People shouldn't read too much into the word 'permanent'" explains Terry K. Wasserman, a mental health lawyer not involved with this case. "In many cases, it's just a formality to avoid having to renew a temporary status over and over again."
A source close to Spears concurs, saying, "This is by no means something that's going to last forever. The conservatorship being made permanent in name is primarily to ensure increased time with her children, and provide support for her music and work goals."
Adds Wasserman: "Ms. Spears can regain control of her life anytime – as long as her doctors feel she's able to manage her own affairs."
Britney Under Permanent Conservatorship
Lawyers in the Britney Spears conservatorship case have just asked the court commissioner to make her conservatorship permanent. And the judge said she would grant the request.
The conservatorship was scheduled to end on December 31.
Sources say one reason why Brit & Co. wanted to extend the conservatorship is that it makes it easier for her to regain custody of her kids -- the family law commissioner will feel more comfortable giving her added face time if there is a safety net.
The conservators will now also be responsible for handling her business affairs and career opportunities.
As for why they suddenly asked for a permanent conservatorship -- we're told the commish doesn't want to keep extending temporary power...that it makes more sense to make the conservatorship permanent and then just lift it when Brit is safe and sound.
Under the permanent conservatorship a medical team will oversee Britney's career to make sure what she does will not compromise her mental health.
The commish said, "The conservatorship is necessary and appropriate for the complexity of financial and business entities and her being susceptible to undue influence." >>>>
Britney Spears may be comebacking like a madwoman, but the court thinks she can still use some guidance on that road to redemption.
The popster's conservatorship arrangement with father Jamie Spears was made permanent today, with no objection coming from the 26-year-old "Womanizer" warbler. If the terms of the deal remain the same, her dad will continue to oversee her estate, finances, legal affairs and medical care along with attorney Andrew Wallet.
"The court finds the proposed permanent conservatorship is necessary and appropriate," said Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz, who has been presiding over the Spears saga for the past year, at a Tuesday status hearing.
And while Britney was no fan of the arrangement back when it was imposed Feb. 1, her attorney informed the court today that his client had requested he not argue with Goetz's ruling, despite the fact that it's very unlikely Spears will be able to regain custody of her two sons while her dad is in charge.
"It certainly makes it more difficult to gain custody of the children because if one court found that she is not capable of taking care of herself and affairs than how is the other court going to find her able to take care of the affairs of two babies," certified family law specialist Alexandra Leichter tells E! News.
The conservatorship seems to have been made permanent because "the condition that apparently caused temporary conservatorship did not change," she said.
Britney memorably lost control of her affairs following her hospitalization Jan. 31 on a 5150 hold, meaning she was considered a danger to herself or others. The involuntary R&R came after months of erratic, worrisome behavior on the popster's part.
"The burden now shifts to Britney Spears or her conservator [Spears' father] to prove that she is perfectly capable, rather than the conservator having to prove that she is not capable," says Leichter.
"If the court makes it a permanent order, she would have to come into court and show that she no longer needs it."
Not that permanent means forever.
"The permanent conservatorship doesn't have a set date to expire," court public information spokeswoman Vania Stuelp tells E! News.
"In order to make it go away, someone has to petition the court. It was supposed to expire on Dec. 31. It's not anymore."
In the meantime, an evaluation detailing Spears' psychological fortitude has been completed and will remain sealed, Goetz said. Another status hearing has been set for Dec. 22.
But while this may all be as-expected news for Britney's camp, it doesn't bode well for the lawsuit against her filed by former manager Johnny Wright.
Saying that Spears' "capacity issue remains open and has not been resolved one way or another," Goetz ruled earlier today that Wright's attorneys are not allowed to depose Spears, whom he says owes thousands in unpaid commissions, until the conservatorship ends.
"We think it's reasonable," Wright's lawyer, Clay Townsend, who had been hoping to have Brit sit for a deposition Nov. 17, tells E! News. "Being on the cover of OK magazine, signing a big contract with AEG to go on a world tour, going on Good Morning America—gosh, it seems fairly reasonable to try to do a deposition in late November. It's not like she is in the hospital and we are dying to go down and take her deposition."
Instead, they will have to speak with ruler-of-the-roost Jamie Spears next month.
"She seemed to be doing so well, that we thought it was not unreasonable," Townsend added. "My client Johnny Wright still has great affection for Britney. He worked with Britney for a long time in the early days. So that last thing that we would want to do was to harass her."
Goetz said that she will revisit the deposition issue Feb. 2.
